Founded in 1978, Attaclay has risen from humble beginnings to one of the leaders in the clay mining industry. Our integration with OMV as part of the Raubex Group allowed the company to grow exponentially.
Our life of mine is 30 years, with current planning to mine and dry 200 000 tons of Calcium Bentonite.
The Attaclay team consists of 57 people on site, of whom 30 are women. The majority of our employees are from the local community, where we aim to uplift and develop the knowledge base with current projects.
